Irish language residency scheme, UL

Aonad na Gaeilge in the University of Limerick would like to announce that it is accepting applications for its Irish language residency scheme for the 2009/10 academic year.

8 Scholarships are available which are worth €750 each.

The Irish language residence is in Kilmurray village campus accommodation which is located on the banks of the river Shannon.

It is close to the Universities sports amenities and the 50m swimming pool. Applicants must be fluent in Irish and be will to take a part in promoting the Irish language in the University of Limerick.

This scheme is supported by the Higher Education Authority and Seirbhísí Beatha Campais Teoranta, Ollscoil Luimnigh.The closing date for applications is Friday 22 May, 2009.
