Request for Submissions - Official Languages Act 2003

Preparation of a draft-scheme by Dundalk Institute of Technology

Dundalk Institute of Technology proposes to draft a scheme in accordance with Section 11 of the Official Languages Act 2003. The primary objective of the Act is to ensure better availability and a higher standard of public services through Irish.

Dundalk Institute of Technology now wishes to invite representations in relation to the preparation of the draft scheme from any interested parties. Submissions should ideally not exceed 4,000 words (c. 8 pages). Ideally submissions, which will be made available on the website, should be forwarded electronically to Alternatively, they may be posted to:
