New Drama Na Leabhra stages in Dublin

The newly written drama Na Leabhra by the renowned writer Aodh Ó Domhnaill will be staged by the Dublin based drama group Aisteoirí Bulfin in the New Theatre in the heart of Dublin city next weekend. The drama is based in the future and is set in a dark time where the country is under military control.

The talented writer Aodh Ó Domhnaill is also a recognised actor.  Aodh has written many dramas for Aisteoirí Bulfin for many years.
Over the years many of his work has been staged in Taibhdhearc na Gaillimhe in Galway Aisling Ghéar in Belfast and on RTÉ-Raidió 1.
Aisteoirí Bulfin are a prolific Dubln based drama group. They have staged many dramas over the years and have received acclaim for performances such as An Eochair, which was based on the short story by the renowned Conamara man Máirtín Ó Cadhain (2006), Claí na Muice Duibhe, a translation of At the Black Pig’s Dike by Vincent Woods, Biffó Béar and An Campa by Aodh Ó Domhnaill plus many more.
