'The service that Comhdháil Náisiúnta na Gaeilge has is excellent. There is a very polished and professional appearance to the receiption office and it is most convenient that the person conducting the meeting can take a few minutes to set up the equipment before the crowd arrives. The staff were very helpful with the technical equipment and the group was very comfortable.'

Cois Teallaigh

A new performance space for artists, musicians and poets is now available for hire in the Dublin city centre.

Cois Teallaigh,  which means by the fireplace in Irish is located in the  basement of the Offices of Comhdháil Náisiúnta na Gaeilge on 46 Kildare Street.

Located on one of Dublin’s most historic streets, events held Cois Teallaigh are rich in atmosphere and ambience created by the stone walls, timber flooring and shafts of light drifting in from the windows of this protected Georgian structure.

Book launches, Irish classes and poetry readings as part of Dublin’s IMRAM literary festival have been held Cois Teallaigh in the past year and the venue is most closely associated with the Irish language poetry competition and poetry festival, Comórtas Filíochta Uí Néill.

Festival organisers, artists, community groups and Irish language organisations are all invited to hire the venue at a very reasonable cost.
