Refund Policy
If you receive damaged goods or if the wrong product is sent to you, it is your right to send it back. In this situation please send a note explaining the problem with the product. In the case where you had to send an item back due to a mistake on our part we will refund you the cost of returning the package. However, if you return an item because you no longer want it, we will not grant you a refund.
Period of Grace
According to the law it is the right of customers of the European Union to withdraw from the purchase of goods within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery.
In order to cancel your purchase within the 7 working days of the period of grace, send the goods back to us so that we receive them within the 7 working days from the day after delivery of the goods.
